Return Policy for Rough Trails Equipment

Thank you for choosing RTE Power Wall for your camper. We strive to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the following policy:

1. Return Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 20 days from the date of delivery. 

2. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping to our headquarters. Please ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit.

3. Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 15% of the total purchase price will be applied to all returned items. This fee covers the cost of inspecting and restocking the product.

4. Condition of Return: The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Items that show signs of damage or wear may not be eligible for a refund.

5. Refund Process: Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, your refund will be processed. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
